Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome. The Role Responsibilities Coordinating client appointments and managing a busy electronic clinic diary Processing client payments (EFT, HiCaps, MediPass) Promoting Kieser’s products and services Conducting membership consults Providing administrative support to the leadership and clinical team Answering questions and resolving problems for clients and team members Consistently delivering high‑quality service in accordance with Kieser standards Ideal candidates thrive in a client‑facing environment, exude positivity, and consistently deliver exceptional experiences. Attention to detail and superior computer and IT skills are beneficial. If you are passionate about building relationships and growing your career in healthcare, we’d love to hear from you. Note: This is a part‑time role. Candidates must have availability for shifts Monday and Friday between 7:30am‑7pm.
