We are currently seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our vibrant Greystanes centre. This position is a full-time role – Monday to Friday between 6 : 30 am and 6 pm. About the Role As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent delivery of the highest standards to ensure the operational requirements of the service are maintained. This role holds an influential position within the service, accountable for business, relationship and financial success aligned with our values. Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team. Ensure compliance with regulations is met and maintain high operational standards. Build strong partnerships with families and the local community. Manage budgets, occupancy, rostering, and administrative tasks efficiently to optimise the centre's performance. Work in a stimulating, contemporary environment equipped with the latest resources. Demonstrate attention to detail in keeping accurate records & evaluating programs. Guide processes and systems within the centre, adhering to the ECA Code of Ethics, specifically experience with OWNA or willingness to learn. Oversee day-to-day centre operations, enrolments, and resource management. Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation. Support professional development and mentoring your team.
