IVE is Australia’s leading holistic marketing company. With an unmatched breadth and depth of offering, we guide our clients from idea to execution. Our landscape is constantly shifting and evolving and as marketing natives, so are we. We are forever seeking new ways to navigate the marketing maze and connect our clients with customers. Specialising in creative, data‑driven communications, integrated marketing, production, and distribution, we bring together the capabilities, specialists and technology needed to make customer connection seamless. The Role We’re looking for an organized, proactive Traffic Manager to join our fast‑paced design studio. In this role, you’ll be the central connector and the key link between a major retail client and the studio, ensuring projects move smoothly from brief to delivery. You’ll manage and coordinate all workflow across a high volume of print and digital artwork, while also collating assets, information, and requirements from the client so the creative team has everything they need to deliver work accurately and efficiently. You’ll ensure briefs are complete, resources are scheduled appropriately, feedback is managed clearly, and all approvals move through the studio without friction. While the primary focus is on one major client, you’ll also support workflow for smaller clients when required, helping maintain consistency and momentum across the wider team. If you thrive on communication, organization, and keeping creative teams performing at their best, this role is built for you. What You’ll Do Manage and schedule all incoming jobs across the studio, ensuring briefs are complete, accurate, and allocated to the right designer. Coordinate the day‑to‑day workflow for our primary liquor/retail client, balancing priorities, deadlines, and team capacity. Collate and organize all client assets, information, and requirements so the creative team has everything they need before they commence the task. Oversee artwork rounds from first draft to final approval, ensuring feedback is clear, timelines are met, and all stages follow the correct process. Track jobs and maintain accurate documentation using workflow tools such as Wiplist & the Microsoft suite. Keep stakeholders updated with regular progress reports, status updates, and early escalation of risks or delays. Support trafficking and scheduling for additional clients when capacity allows, helping maintain smooth workflow across the wider studio. Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines, technical requirements, and the studio’s quality standards. Contribute to ongoing improvements in workflow processes, documentation, and operational efficiency. What You Bring Experience in traffic management, studio coordination, or production workflow – ideally within a design studio or creative agency. Familiarity with retail or liquor industry is highly desirable, but not essential. Strong understanding of print and digital production workflows, timelines, and approval processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑moving environment. Confident communicator with clear and professional written and verbal skills. Experience using project management platforms and digital asset management systems. High attention to detail and accuracy when coordinating artwork and documentation. A collaborative attitude, a calm approach under pressure, and a genuine desire to keep things running smoothly. If this sounds like you, then please click Apply Now to submit a Cover letter and CV . You must be based in Sydney, and have the right to work in Australia to apply for this job.
