About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Principal Senior Civil Engineer to lead our expanding team and deliver exceptional design and services across earthworks, roads, and stormwater systems. You’ll work on diverse projects including: Land development and urban renewal Major and minor roadworks Industrial and commercial developments Sportsfields, aged care, and public housing Public domain and infrastructure works What You’ll Do Manage key clients and high-profile projects Lead and mentor a talented design team and drafters Deliver detailed designs for earthworks, roads, drainage, and land development Undertake stormwater drainage design, detention system modelling, and flood studies Drive water quality studies, OSD design, and WSUD principles Collaborate with authorities, consultants, and clients to achieve outstanding outcomes Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and company QA processes What You Bring Degree-qualified Civil Engineer with 10+ years of local experience Expertise in DRAINS, MUSIC, AutoCAD (bonus: 12D, HEC‑RAS) Strong leadership and client liaison skills Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical report writing Ability to prepare project budgets and quotes A motivated, proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability Why Join Us?
