Celebrating 15 years of success and over 400 completed projects Dynamic and growing civil engineering consultancy Innovative solutions across infrastructure, urban development, and property sectors Collaboration, technical excellence, flexibility and career growth About the Role Lead expanding team and deliver exceptional design and services across earthworks, roads, and stormwater systems Work on diverse projects: land development, urban renewal, major/minor roadworks, industrial/commercial developments, sportsfields, aged care, public housing, public domain and infrastructure works What You’ll Do Manage key clients and high-profile projects Lead and mentor talented design team and drafters Deliver detailed designs for earthworks, roads, drainage, and land development Undertake stormwater drainage design, detention system modelling, and flood studies Drive water quality studies, OSD design, and WSUD principles Collaborate with authorities, consultants, and clients Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and company QA processes What You Bring Degree-qualified Civil Engineer with 10+ years of local experience Expertise in DRAINS, MUSIC, AutoCAD (bonus: 12D, HEC-RAS) Strong leadership and client liaison skills Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical report writing Ability to prepare project budgets and quotes Motivated, proactive mindset with passion for innovation and sustainability Why Join Us?
