Early Childhood Teacher Little Zak's Academy is privately owned and family run. Our aim is to provide early childhood care and education in a safe, welcoming, adopting and nurturing environment. We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our established team in our Austral service. About the role Ensure learning and development is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards Implement and evaluate programs indoors and outdoors Create a stimulating and positive environment for the children Write observations and analyse children's progression and development Provide support and assistance to other staff members Monitor staff interactions to ensure they are in line with the EYLF Develop strong relationships with children, and effectively communicate with parents and carers About you ACECQA Approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Current Working with Children Check Outstanding level of verbal and written communication Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS) Current approved First Aid Certificate Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training Benefits for you Rotating rosters to support a great work/life balance $1,500 annual bonus (ECT qualification) Up to 50% staff childcare discounts for your own children A paid day off on your birthday & a well-being day (on top of your annual leave) $1,000 staff referral bonus for every successful referral Continuous career development opportunities and Future Leaders Program Study allowances to upskill your qualification including ECT degrees (T&Cs apply) Mentoring from our values-driven Leadership Team and full support from a well-established Support Office Employee Assistance Program Little Zak's Child Safety Commitment Little Zak’s is a Child Safe Organisation.
