We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Front Office Duty Manager to join our team at Royce Hotel. As a Front Desk Duty Manager, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience from check‑in to check‑out while overseeing the front desk operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead the front desk team, ensuring efficient check‑in/check‑out and exceptional guest service. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Monitor daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Oversee the preparation of daily reports, guest billing, and reservations. Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety standards. Collaborate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs. Assist in training and motivating front desk staff, fostering a positive team environment. Resolve issues or challenges that arise during a shift, making decisions to maintain guest satisfaction. NOTE: Full driver's license is required for this role.
