We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team at Pearl Home Care. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalised care to our elderly Clients in the Willetton, WA area. This is a part‑time position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. What you'll be doing Assisting with the delivery of nursing care to Clients, including medication management, wound care, and daily living activities Experience in care planning, Budget and SAH Agreements Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of home care Promoting a safe and comfortable living environment for our clients Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients and their families What we're looking for Possess a current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality, person‑centred care Have previous experience in an aged care or similar healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A caring, empathetic, and compassionate approach to working with the elderly Ability to work effectively as part of a team Experience in Working in Home Care What we offer Competitive remuneration and salary packaging options Ongoing training and development opportunities Access to our employee assistance program Discounts on various health and wellness services A collaborative and supportive work environment If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly and are looking for an opportunity to grow your career, we encourage you to apply for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
