Project Coordinator - Training and Development Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) and Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) are seeking a Project Coordinator focusing on Training and Development projects. AGPAL is the leading provider of accreditation and related quality improvement services to General Practices in Australia. AGPAL's subsidiary organisation Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) delivers comprehensive accreditation and support services across the health and human service continuum. The primary role of this position is to coordinate and support the development of educational and training projects. Key deliverables of the role: Coordinate the day-to-day activities for multiple training and development projects, ensuring that project objectives and deliverables are met within the agreed time frame, scope, and budget constraints. Coordinate the education and training resources in keeping with the project brief. Coordinate and progress projects according to the project brief and curriculum scaffold. Coordinate client and stakeholder engagement, contracting, consultant engagement and support, and supporting the timely execution of project deliverables. Timely and effective communication with the educational development team in the development and iterative review of the educational material and resources. Prepare all project documentation in a timely manner and coordinate timelines, project briefs and project scoping documents (as needed) with the project team. Develop and create product development plans to ensure each project is progressed and delivered in a timely manner. Support team members to meet their project-related obligations and manage their workloads effectively, including supporting the reallocation of resources as necessary when prioritisation of project tasks is required. Knowledge and skills required: Demonstrated experience in the education and training environment, especially the coordination and development of education and training resources and programs. Understanding of training and development process. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience with designing and developing multi-modal presentations, i.e. webinars, PowerPoint, eLearning, face-to-face. Familiarity with videoconferencing and video streaming (desired). Familiarity with audio and video recording equipment (desired). Personal drive, integrity and commitment to maintaining contemporary industry knowledge. Excellent time management, organisational skills and willingness to take responsibility. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new software skills as needed. Previous experience in accreditation, quality improvement, health, or human service sectors is desirable.
