For further details, please visit our website at About the role Due to continual growth within our company, we are currently looking for a ProductionEstimator with sound knowledge in Estimating to join our dynamic team on a full time basis. Reporting directly to the Estimating, Purchasing & Drafting Manager, the successful applicant will join a hard working team with a strong commitment to providing quality service. Some of the key responsibilities include Ensure relationships with internal and external customers, supervisors, suppliers, trades people, agents and contractors are maintained and improved Produce Purchase / Work orders and quantity take-offs in a timely manner Provide margin reports Request and interpret quotations Ensure jobs are cost effective and profitable Assist in Workflow of jobs in production To be considered, you should possess Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an estimating role Previous experience within the volume home building industry is preferred Qualification in Building / Construction and/or trade experience is highly desirable Working knowledge of the Building and Construction process Exposure to estimating systems including DataBuild is highly advantageous Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines Self‑motivated and desire to succeed Strong work ethic and attention to detail Exceptional time management skills Ability to solve problems in a logical and systematic manner In return, the successful candidate will receive Supportive workplace culture Attractive remuneration package relevant to experience and ability Opportunity to be a part of a growing business and contribute to its future growth Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
