We are looking for an experienced Product Owner, who will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution. You will own the product vision, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality digital solutions. This role requires strong technical understanding, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. We are offering $130K. To apply you need the following Skills and Experience: 5+ years in digital product management or software development roles Strong understanding of web technologies (React, Vue, Angular, Node.js) and API-driven architectures Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and communicate product vision aligned with client goals and agency objectives; develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features. Requirements Gathering & Backlog Management: Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria; prioritize backlog items based on value, feasibility, and dependencies; research and analyze system program needs to identify gaps and opportunities. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between clients, developers, designers, and QA teams; facilitate workshops and sprint planning sessions to align expectations. Technical Oversight: Identify technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and processes; provide guidance on software design strategies, including cost-benefit analysis for upgrades or new tools; understand MACH principles, APIs, and headless architectures to guide solution design. Quality & Delivery: Oversee testing and validation of features to meet functional and performance standards; manage testing automation strategies and ensure adherence to quality protocols; monitor and analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement. Security & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with technical security controls and data protection standards; identify and mitigate risks affecting performance and security throughout the product lifecycle; oversee encryption/decryption practices and forensic analysis for anomalies or threats. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for product features and processes; ensure technical documentation and operational procedures are updated and accurate. Continuous Improvement: Develop strategies for continuous delivery and improvement across system design and development; support creation of tools required for software management and security.
