OSHC Assistant Manager - Blacktown South Join to apply for the OSHC Assistant Manager - Blacktown South role at Gowrie NSW Overview As an OSHC Assistant Manager you will assist the OSHC Manager in leading a dynamic team of Educators to deliver tailored and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diversity of the children in our care by fostering their interests and building on their strengths. Responsibilities Support the OSHC Manager in ensuring compliance and contribute to meaningful learning experiences. Inspire and guide Educators by providing coaching, direction and support to help them deliver exceeding practices. Lead Quality Area 1 and maintain exceeding practices across the service. Build strong communication and relationship‑building skills to work closely with school representatives, children and their. Demonstrate genuine passion for supporting both children and the team that supports them, creating a lasting impact on the OSHC Blacktown South community. Qualifications Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in early childhood education. Have previous leadership experience (required). Be a team player with a creative and energetic approach.
