Local Area Marketing Manager

Auswide Bank is deeply connected to the communities we serve and are looking for a Local Area Marketing Manager or specialist to help us strengthen that connection in Bundaberg. In this role you’ll work closely with branch managers, local organisations and community groups to deliver marketing initiatives that reflect local needs and values. From grassroots partnerships and financial education workshops to local events and sponsorships you’ll be the face of Auswide’s community engagement in the region. You’ll also tailor national campaigns for local relevance, support branch teams with outreach and help build trust and visibility across Bundaberg and surrounding areas. We’re looking for someone who: Has 35 years of experience in marketing community engagement or CSR. Is confident building relationships with local stakeholders. Has experience running events, workshops or educational sessions. Can work independently while supporting multiple branches. Understands marketing principles and community impact. Has excellent communication skills and a passion for local connection. Holds a tertiary qualification in Marketing Communications or similar.
