The Opportunity Expression of Interest – Change Analysts We are anticipating several upcoming requirements for experienced Change Analysts to support technology and business transformation programs across a range of leading Australian organisations. These will either be contract or permanent engagements with hybrid working arrangements and potential for extensions. If you are an adaptable and proactive Change Analyst interested in being considered for future opportunities, we would welcome your Expression of Interest. What You’ll Typically Work On Supporting the delivery of change activities across technology and business transformation programs. Preparing change artefacts such as impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communications, and training material. Partnering with Change Leads, Project Managers, SMEs, and broader program teams. Coordinating engagement activities including workshops, briefings, and readiness checks. Maintaining documentation, tracking actions, and supporting adoption activities across complex environments. Contributing to implementation planning, user readiness, and post-go-live reviews. About You Experience delivering or supporting change across technology programs. Exposure to multiple industries or organisational settings (e.g., Financial Services, Government, Higher Education, Utilities, Corporate). Strong documentation skills and a structured approach to capturing change impacts and stakeholder needs. Confidence engaging with stakeholders at various levels. The ability to work in fast‑paced, complex transformation environments. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills. Why Register Your Interest?
