Recruitment Delivery Manager at Hays Technology, Recruiting experts in IT Excellent Opportunity for Change Analysts Opportunity to work for a Victorian Government Client Work Arrangement: Hybrid Project Working on a new digital enrolment system for schools which is built on Salesforce – scaling that project. They have a Change Manager in place, plus a Change/ Training Lead, and they are looking to add a Change Analyst and Senior Change Analyst to that team (early stages of project). Accountabilities Demonstrated experience in Salesforce implementation. Design and implement a comprehensive training strategy to educate new customers on how to effectively use the IT application during onboarding. Develop and manage training materials such as user manuals, video tutorials, interactive demos, and live training sessions tailored to different user roles. Coordinate with product, support, and customer success teams to ensure training content reflects current features and onboarding workflows. Deliver or facilitate live and virtual training sessions, webinars, and Q&A forums to support customer adoption. Gather and analyse training feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve content, delivery methods, and user learning outcomes. Create clear, engaging, and user-friendly content. Collaborate with product, UX, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure content aligns with the application's features. Write and edit knowledge-based articles, FAQs, and help centre content tailored to various customer personas and technical skill levels. Ensure all written content adheres to brand tone, language guidelines, and accessibility standards across digital platforms. What you’ll need to succeed Salesforce experience is a must. Keen to see candidates that have worked in enterprise scale organisations (education background not essential but nice to have). Any candidates that have worked on contact centre/service desk projects would be advantageous as that is a component of this project.
