Change Analyst – Enterprise Technology Transformation Brisbane | Initial 6‑Month Contract | Enterprise Organisation We're working exclusively with a major enterprise business in Brisbane, delivering a complex technology integration and transformation program. We're looking for a Change Analyst who brings hands‑on delivery experience, excellent stakeholder interaction and documentation capability. Key Responsibilities Conduct change impact assessments across multiple business units and technology streams. Produce change artefacts: communications, training materials, FAQs, stakeholder briefings. Maintain and update change plans, RAID logs, and readiness dashboards. Engage with business users and subject‑matter experts to capture insights, align on impacts, and track adoption readiness. Coordinate training and communication rollout across the transformed technology landscape. Support the change lead in managing dependencies, risks and inter‑stream coordination. Candidate Profile Prior experience as a Change Analyst or Change Manager on large‑scale tech transformation or systems integration programmes. Comfortable navigating structured programme environments, working across multiple workstreams and interfacing with senior stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills – translate technical change into business‑friendly terms and help driving adoption. Proven ability to develop change deliverables (communications, training, stakeholder collateral) and monitor readiness metrics.
