About the Role We're looking for an experienced Change Analyst to join a leading organisation undergoing a major transformation. You'll be part of a collaborative change team, supporting the delivery of business‑critical initiatives and helping to drive adoption and engagement across all levels of the organisation. What You'll Be Doing Support the design and execution of change management strategies and plans. Identify and engage key stakeholders across the business. Contribute to communication and engagement activities to support smooth transitions. Assist in tracking adoption and measuring the effectiveness of change initiatives. Identify risks, issues and resistance points, and provide insights and recommendations. Coordinate change champion networks to promote collaboration and awareness. Work closely with project and transformation teams to ensure alignment and delivery. What We're Looking For 2+ years' experience in change management or project-related roles. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills. Sound understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies. Relevant tertiary qualifications; ITIL certification highly regarded. Experience working in large, complex organisations is desirable.
