Tranzformd is seeking an experienced Change Analyst for a 6‑month fixed‑term engagement, working onsite with one of our major higher‑education clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large‑scale Enterprise Operating Model Program, supporting transformative change across a complex and dynamic university environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed change impact assessments , mapping impacts across processes, roles, systems, and behaviours. Support the development of change and transition plans , including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training considerations. Assist with current state and future state analysis , ensuring alignment with the enterprise operating model. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and input‑gathering sessions with diverse university stakeholders. Contribute to readiness assessments , tracking and reporting progress, risks, and issues. Partner closely with project managers, change leads, business SMEs, and broader program teams to ensure cohesive delivery. Prepare high‑quality documentation, insights, and recommendations to support decision‑making at all levels. Required Qualifications Experience working within the university or broader higher education sector (essential). Proven capability operating in complex organisational environments with diverse stakeholder groups. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information, identify impacts, and communicate insights clearly. Experience supporting enterprise‑wide transformation or operating model programs. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships. Strong writing and documentation skills, with the ability to produce polished, professional outputs.
