Senior Recruitment Consultant at Muraconnect About the Role Our client seeking an experienced Change Analyst on a 12-month initial contract to support change, communications and user adoption across several concurrent projects. You’ll work closely with the OCM, Program Manager and key stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and strong engagement across the program. Key Responsibilities Deliver change and communication activities across the program. Conduct change impact assessments across process, people, tech and roles. Produce targeted communications for internal and external stakeholders. Support stakeholder engagement and readiness including end‑user support. Assist in developing training materials and capability uplift activities. Support go‑live activities and provide post‑implementation coaching. Skills & Experience 8+ years in change and communications across large IT programs. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building capability. Experience assessing change impacts and managing adoption activities. Proven communications planning and delivery experience (digital + traditional). Experience in training design, support materials and new system adoption. Highly Desirable: PROSCI/APMG certification and/or relevant tertiary qualifications; experience across government and private sector. Keen to learn more?
