Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Sydney (Hybrid) Duration: 1 year and extendable Visa Type: Australian Citizens/PR and Work Visas Experience: 5+ Years Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on IAM engineering experience in mid‑to‑large enterprises. Strong expertise with one or more IAM platforms, such as Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk or BeyondTrust (PAM). Deep understanding of IAM standards: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, Kerberos, SCIM. Experience with IAM technologies such as identity providers, directory services, SSO protocols (OIDC, SAML), managing security access policies and tuning, monitoring IAM systems. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Familiarity with Zero Trust and modern enterprise security architectures. Experience in DevOps environments (CI/CD pipelines, Git, API integrations). Knowledge of microservices, containers, and modern application architectures. Security certifications: CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer, Okta/SailPoint/Ping certifications.
