If you’re ready to step into a leadership role at one of the city’s most vibrant food destinations – Hay St Market wants YOU We’re searching for a Full-Time Sous Chef specialising in Asian cuisine who is an all-rounder in Asian cuisine – someone with experience across curries, dumplings, Chinese wok techniques, Japanese dishes, and Vietnamese flavours – to join our dynamic culinary team. What are your responsibilities?
