Job Description Experienced Workshop Manager required to oversee the highly valued workshop teams on various projects across Western Australia. This position is: FIFO from any Capital City within Australia Permanent – Full Time 8:6 Shift Roster (Dayshift only) $5 Site Bonus paid per hour worked What does the ideal candidate bring to MLG? HD Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate Valid and Current Drivers Licence (HR or higher desirable) Demonstrated Experience With Cat Loaders 980-990 40-45 Ton Cat Excavators Kenworth/MACK Prime Movers Side Tippers QSK19 Engines Demonstrated experience leading small teams of tradesmen and apprentices High Risk Licence - LF, DG, RB/RI/RA (Desirable) A/C Ticket (Desirable)Working at Heights Ticket (Desirable) Knowledge and experience with CMMS - Pronto preferred Exceptional time management, people skills and a willingness to build a cohesive team What will MLG provide me with?
