Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Roofing Maintenance Supervisor to join our Lismore team servicing projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our growing team. Key Responsibilities Support Site Supervisor teams with new and existing Roofing projects Strong commitment to WH&S Measure and order flashings and roofing materials Install and repair flashings, fascia & gutter and metal roofing Attend sites to resolve minor leaks or roofing issues Liaise with builders and sub-contractors to finalise works and complete jobs Skills & Attributes Comfortable working at heights and accurately measuring roofing products Experience in the Metal Roofing industry (NSW and / or QLD) Solid understanding of the building and roofing process Ability to schedule jobs, coordinate sub-contractors and manage material deliveries Strong communication skills with builders and sub-contractors High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Physically fit and able to perform a labour-intensive role Honest, reliable and able to build strong partnerships Current Driver’s Licence Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart Rewards & Benefits Health & Wellbeing Support | Traineeship & Development Pathways | Career Development Opportunities | Support for Families | Recognition & Referral Programs | Team Member Discounts | EAP / Confidential Support Services Application Process If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you Should you be successful in progressing to the next stage of the recruitment process you will be invited for an interview to discuss the role in more detail.
