Availability to be on call on a rota basis Willingness to learn new skills Good communication and customer service skills Pride in workmanship and accountability Utilising portable devices to undertake dynamic risk assessments on site and preparing reports on completed works. Requirements IPAF (1b, 3a, eb) CSCS labourer or skilled worker PASMA Driving Licence(required) First aid SSSTS NVQ (Slating & Tiling / Sheeting & Cladding) Essential Skill Prior experience in external reactive building maintenance identifying leaks & rectification (pitched roofing, guttering, slating, concrete tiling, flat roofing & commercial sheeted roofs) IMPORTANT INFORMATION To ensure a fair and unbiased recruitment process, we have chosen to collaborate with Hubert.ai in this process.
