The Role and Responsibilities Based on the recent contract award with South 32, EnerMech is excited to launch the latest NDT Traineeship in Collie Western Australia. As part of the 2-year traineeship, you will learn: A range of essential entry‑level safety and site certifications needed to work in the resources sector How to perform high quality Non‑Destructive testing across a range of industrial equipment and assets. Safe use of specialist NDT tools and techniques including ultrasonic, magnetic and radiographic testing. How to operate in a live site environment, working alongside experienced technicians and supervisors. As part of the program, you will build important soft skills such as teamwork, situational awareness and professional communication through hands‑on, on the job experience. About You We are looking for someone who is local to the Collie region and ready to commit to a long‑term career pathway. You will have a positive can‑do attitude and not be afraid to ask questions We want you to enjoy learning about the role and challenge yourself.
