Health Manager Level 2 Remuneration : $106,142 - $125,241 per annum plus 11% superannuation Hours Per Week : 38 Location : Blacktown and Mt Druitt Hospitals The Opportunity The Site Manager will lead and manage the overarching operational activities and the provision of Food Services to HealthShare NSW customers. This position requires the ability to contribute to the development of the site business plan in line with the strategic plan. Consult with the Operation / Sector Manager to review business processes, make recommendations to promote continuous improvements, prepare annual budget requirements, provide regular reports and elevate unresolved issues. In this role you will foster a collaborative approach with Local Health Districts (LHDs), clinical and non-clinical staff, and HealthShare NSW business partners to maintain strong customer relations and effective service deliver.
