Your new role In this dynamic Customer Service Team Member position, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Your key responsibilities will include Handling customer enquiries and requests over the phone and via email in a timely manner. Providing quotes and generating sales purchase orders. Coordinating between departments to ensure orders are completed and dispatched correctly. Providing support to the Sales Representatives with tasks as required. You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You have a high level of initiative, proactivity, and self-confidence – you are always prepared to jump in to do what it takes for the team to deliver premium customer service. Your high attention to detail and strong time management is second to none. You are experienced in Microsoft Office suite and have above average computer skills.
