Join us and be a part of DSV’s global family. DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Business Support Specialist, Logistics in Port of Brisbane. Responsibilities Provide business support to the Contract Logistics Team by completing data entry, analysing reports and problem solving, invoicing customers, and supporting the BCM Team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Generate and distribute financial and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor service costs and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and ensure budget compliance. Manage invoicing and supplier billing accurately using CargoWise One. Liaise with stakeholders to resolve financial and operational issues. Support warehouse management systems and inventory control, including stocktake preparation. Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence. Maintain compliance with Bond 77/79 and QAP licenses and associated data. About you You bring 3+ years of experience in contract logistics (3PL), with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and financial processes. CargoWise One (or similar financial processing system) & WMS experience is required You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis. You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
