As a MSWA Community Support Worker, you'll be the difference for individuals and families, providing personalised care and support right in their homes across the metro area. We're seeking caring and empathetic support workers to join us across Central Perth in the following suburbs: Shenton Park 6008 Claremont 6010 Fremantle 6160 Your role will involve: Providing personal care to promote health and well-being. Medication administration and assistance. Meal preparation, household chores, and other essential tasks. Facilitating social access and leisure activities. Tailoring care plans to meet individual needs and goals. Our 'must-haves': Previous experience in disability or aged care settings. Genuine passion for making a positive impact. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. NDIS Workers Screening Check. Current Australian "C" Class Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Our 'nice-to-haves': First Aid/CPR certificate. Certificate III or higher in relevant disciplines. Commitment to supporting our team's growth and well‑being.
