They provide a wide range of services including tax planning, financial reporting, business consultancy, bookkeeping, BAS/GST, payroll, trust structuring, and strategic advisory. Their team is known for being professional, attentive, client-focused, and responsive, helping translate complex tax and accounting issues into clear, actionable solutions. Role Overview This position is a hybrid of accounting compliance and proactive business advisory. You will take ownership of a portfolio of clients and provide a blend of tax, structure, and strategy services. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and file financial statements, BAS, and income tax returns (individuals, companies, trusts) Develop and execute tax‑effective strategies and structuring for business and investment clients Offer business growth advice, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis Provide guidance on trusts, investment vehicles, wealth protection, and cashflow optimisation Build and maintain trusted client relationships, presenting complex advice clearly Seek opportunities to improve client processes, efficiency, and outcomes This is not a purely compliance role — you will be working as a trusted adviser, contributing directly to client growth and structural optimisation. What You’ll Need Must be fluent in English Must be able to speak Spanish or Portuguese (Spanish or Portuguese speaking applicants highly regarded) Minimum 4 years’ experience in public practice accounting Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA/CPA preferred or in progress) Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with bookkeeping, BAS, tax returns, and financial reporting Experience in tax planning, business structuring, and strategic advisory services Excellent verbal and written communication — you must be fluent in English and Portuguese or Spanish Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and communicate technical concepts in simple terms Comfortable working with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or equivalent) High attention to detail, integrity, and a client‑centred mindset What’s on Offer True career progression with pathway to partnership or commission-based advisory role Visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates Exposure to a diverse, bilingual client base including international clients Collaborative, supportive team culture with mentoring and professional development How to Apply If you’re ready to step into a role that combines technical accounting with strategic advisory, and you meet the language and experience requirements, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
