About the position: The Finance Officer provides financial and administrative support to the Corporate Accounting work area. This is a permanent part-time position for 20 hours perweek. How to be successful in this position: Hold the desirable education and experience to perform allduties of the position. Sound knowledge of bookkeeping principles. Working knowledge of computerised financial systems andbusiness applications including spreadsheeting anddatabases. Working knowledge of applicable legislation, accountingstandards, regulations and guidelines. Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire knowledge ofpolicies and procedures. Excellent organisational and problem solving skills, withjudgement and initiative. Sound numeracy, written and oral communication skills. Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
