Club Marconi is known as the sports and entertainment hub for the local area in Western Sydney (Bossley Park). The Club has over 45,000 members and brings a multitude of cultures together under the one roof. We offer a large gaming installation of around 380 EGMs along with TAB and Keno. We offer an Early Childhood facility as well as our renowned 'World Gym' Gymnasium. At Club Marconi we offer 4 dining options: The Piazza; Haba Ocean Chinese Seafood: Crystal Jade; and the Star Buffet. We offer a range of sporting facilities including: 5 Soccer fields; 1 Rugby League field: 5 Netball courts; 6 lane Bocce; Snooker and Billiards: Softball training fields; Cricket field; Indoor Cricket nets; Fencing Academy; 5 Tennis courts; and 4 Squash courts. We currently have vacancy for a Pizza Chef to be part of our kitchen team; working onsite at Club Marconi, Bossley Park. Ideally you will be seeking a hands-on-role, and will have: Some knowledge of Italian cuisine. Demonstrated capabilities to cook under pressure. A commitment to training, development, and ongoing success. Be available to work a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays.) An attitude for service excellence. PIZZA CHEF To be considered for the role you must have the following: Experience with a wood fired pizza operation. Flexibility to work, both day and night shifts. Ability and willingness to report to the Head Pizzaiolo. Be involved in all aspects of wood fire pizza preparation.
