Join to apply for the E-Commerce Specialist role at 460degrees. 3 month (initial) contract to start Early January 2026. 100% On-site (Inner city Melbourne, this is non-negotiable). At 460degrees, we help organisations navigate complex digital and technology change. We partner with our clients to unlock growth, uplift capability, and deliver practical outcomes. As such, we are currently working with a high-growth client and are looking for an E-commerce Specialist with deep Shopify Plus knowledge and experience. The Specialist will own, optimise, and scale our client's digital commerce platform. What you’ll be doing? Owning and optimising the Shopify Plus platform end-to-end, including site architecture, product experience, checkout, integrations, and performance. Driving measurable e-commerce growth through CRO, UX improvements, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and experimentation. Managing the full order lifecycle across Shopify, payments, fulfilment, and ERP/POS systems, ensuring operational and financial accuracy. Partnering closely with Finance and Operations as needed on refunds, chargebacks, reconciliations, et al. Leading analytics and performance reporting using GA4, SQL, Power BI, and spreadsheets. Translating insight into commercial decisions. Working cross‑functionally with internal teams and external agencies across SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM/email, and marketplaces. Managing technology vendors, agencies, and platform partners. Ideal candidate? Strong, hands‑on experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus in scaling environments. Solid SQL capability and confidence working with complex data. Experience building dashboards and insights using Power BI (or similar BI tools). Advanced GA4 and Google Tag Manager knowledge. Strong Excel / Google Sheets modelling skills. A working understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern e‑commerce tech stacks. 5+ years’ experience in e‑commerce or digital commerce roles.
