E-commerce Platform Specialist - NetSuite Focus Milestone Information Technology – Melbourne VIC Milestone IT, a leading specialist recruitment agency, is partnering with a prestigious Tier 1 Enterprise client—a rapidly expanding powerhouse in the retail sector—to find a highly experienced and commercially astute E‑commerce Platform Specialist. This is an opportunity to leverage your deep knowledge of E‑commerce systems and NetSuite to drive significant business impact within a complex, fast‑paced environment that is undergoing a major technological uplift. Responsibilities You will play a vital role in enhancing, supporting, and integrating our client's core E‑commerce platforms, ensuring seamless operation with the back‑end ERP. You will work across business units, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to the digital transformation and commercial growth of the organization. Key Requirements (Must‑Have) Strong Enterprise E‑Commerce Platform Experience: Demonstrable, in‑depth experience managing, supporting, or implementing solutions on a major enterprise E‑commerce platform (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, SAP Commerce Cloud). NetSuite Proficiency: Solid experience with NetSuite in an implementation, support, or integration capacity. You must understand the integration points between E‑commerce fronts and NetSuite as the core ERP. Enterprise Acumen & Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to thrive in a complex, multi‑system enterprise environment. Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and expectation management across various business units (Finance, Operations, Digital) are essential. Highly Desirable Skills (Big Plus) Enterprise Retail System Background: Prior professional experience with major retail merchandising, planning, or store operations systems (inventory management, point‑of‑sale, supply chain).
