Who we are looking for We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimise our online sales platforms across the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. You’ll ensure the smooth operation of all e-commerce activities—from product listings and pricing to promotions and order fulfilment—while using data and analytics to improve performance and align with our strategic goals. What you'll be doing Lead and manage a small remote team Manage all online activity related to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting Support and manage relationships with retail partners with strong e-commerce presence Develop and implement strategies to improve website performance and user experience Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory across platforms Monitor and manage online orders, coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams, and ensure timely delivery Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and SEO strategies Track key metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales) and provide actionable insights Identify and implement improvements to platform navigation and checkout processes Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and product strategies Work with supply chain teams to maintain accurate stock levels and avoid overselling Ensure compliance with data privacy, payment security, and consumer protection regulations Ensure websites are mobile-optimised and user-friendly Research new trends and technologies to enhance performance Develop a content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing page development What you'll bring to the role Degree in E-Commerce or related field Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon essential) and growing online sales Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and online sales strategies Familiarity with CMS platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and basic HTML/CSS Ability to interpret data and customer behaviour to drive performance Commitment to delivering a seamless online shopping experience High attention to detail in managing listings, pricing, and inventory Clear communication skills with internal teams, partners, and customers Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced digital environment Understanding of digital marketing principles, including email and social media integration Willingness to stay current with e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
