This role is perfect for an experienced E-commerce Coordinator or Assistant Manager ready to move into a leadership position and take ownership of online revenue and customer experience. About the Role Reporting to senior management, you will manage the daily operations of the Academy Brand website and marketplaces, support digital marketing initiatives, and help execute our e-commerce strategy. You’ll work closely with Merchandise, Marketing and Creative teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes and engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Online Trading & Website Management Drive day-to-day e-commerce performance, monitoring sales, conversion and key metrics. Execute online promotions, campaigns, and product launches aligned with brand and commercial goals. Maintain site accuracy, content updates and UX consistency across all pages. Partner with web developers to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and enhance site functionality. Product Management & Merchandising Manage product uploads, categorisation, pricing and content accuracy. Optimise category merchandising based on insights, performance and upcoming trends. Work closely with Merchandise to monitor inventory, stock risks and product availability. Maintain strong onsite storytelling and product presentation. Marketing, CRM & Creative Support CRM strategy through Klaviyo, helping build automation flows and send campaigns. Work with Marketing & Creative to deliver engaging email and SMS campaigns aligned to the marketing calendar. Assist in segmentation, testing and performance analysis. Digital Marketing & SEO/SEM Contribute to SEO, SEM, paid social and traffic acquisition activities. Analyse channel performance and support optimisation opportunities. Assist in coordinating assets, briefs and campaign requirements across teams.
