With GVC you’ll have access to the latest technology and work alongside a skilled team – join us and deliver the highest standard of patient care to the Adelaide region Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional nursing care to emergency and hospitalised patients Support veterinarians with diagnostics, treatments and emergency procedures Monitor patients, administer medications and maintain accurate medical records Assist in surgical and critical care cases as required Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients during stressful situations Uphold hospital policies, infection control standards and safety procedures Contribute positively to team culture and knowledge sharing Our Ideal Candidate Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) 2 years of experience in a busy GP clinic or in an emergency / critical care role Strong technical skills (IV catheter placement, blood sampling, anesthesia monitoring) Calm, focused and compassionate under pressure Great communication skills and a genuine passion for animal care Available and flexible to work some evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster What We Offer Full-time or part-time hours available Competitive salary based on experience Staff discounts on services and products for your pets A supportive work environment with career development opportunitiesContinuing education and no on-call shifts The opportunity to make a lasting impact in pets’ lives If you’re dedicated to providing exceptional care and ready to grow in your career we’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
