The Opportunity As a senior, client-facing professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-level strategic advice and developing innovative solutions across a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with the Director, you’ll have the autonomy to lead engagements, shape client strategies, and contribute to the ongoing advancement of the firm’s best practice standards. This position offers genuine long-term progression, with mentorship and a defined pathway to Principal within three to five years for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Provide expert business and accounting advice to a portfolio of established clients. Deliver strategic, forward-thinking solutions that align with each client’s goals. Supervise, mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Stay at the fore‑front of technical and regulatory developments, ensuring best practice across all engagements. Actively contribute to business development through networking, referrals and client relationship management. About You Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce or Finance. CA qualified with a minimum of 6+ years’ experience in Australian public practice. Strong technical and strategic advisory skills with an ability to simplify complexity. Proven capability in staff supervision, workflow management and client relationship development. Confident communicator with exceptional professional judgement, humility and integrity.
