About the Role As the Technology Lead for Workspaces, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the technology vision that underpins our member experience. This is a on site Monday to Friday position where you’ll oversee the operational support of systems, infrastructure, and ensure seamless day‑to‑day functionality across our network and platforms. You’ll act as the trusted advisor providing guidance, solutions, and clear communication during service requests or outages. Collaboration is central to this role – you’ll work closely with users to foster a revenue‑driven technology mindset while maintaining a strong focus on exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will span vendor and partner management, system administration, documentation, and proactive engagement with staff. You’ll balance support and priorities, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. you will be on point for Security, performance, and stability of our infrastructure, alongside continuous improvement and efficiency gains. This role also requires you to support staff on in‑house systems, integrate meeting spaces with booking platforms, and manage incidents, changes, and problems through effective service management practices. By aligning technology strategies with broader departmental goals, you’ll enhance collaboration, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide guidance to Flexible Workspaces teams and members. Deliver innovative technology solutions and support to current and prospective members. Communicate clearly and effectively when resolving service requests and managing outages. Coordinate and manage relationships with support partners, vendors, carriers, and building management to ensure premium service delivery. Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives. Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and responsive support. Align technology solutions with broader departmental goals to enhance collaboration, productivity, and business outcomes. Act as a supportive resource for sales teams, including backup and direct involvement in technology‑related sales activities when required.
