Job Description Glad Group is proud to partner with University of Sydney to deliver high-quality campus security services. We are currently seeking motivated, professional Security Officers to join our growing team across University of Sydney campuses. We have a large variety of full and part time, fixed and rotating rosters across multiple security positions including: Static & Campus Patrol Security Officers Security Concierge Event & Crowd Control Officers CCTV Operators Parking Enforcement officers (SEINS required) Key Responsibilities Provide a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors Conduct foot and mobile patrols across campus facilities Monitor access points, alarms, and CCTV systems Respond to incidents professionally and in line with procedures Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the university with professionalism Write clear and accurate incident reports Desired Skills and Experience About You To be successful, you will have: Valid NSW Security Licence (1A minimum) Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional presentation and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full working rights in Australia University or campus security experience is highly regarded but not essential Available to start late January 2026 Benefits at Glad Group: Work across one of Australia’s leading universities Ongoing work with stable and consistent rosters Opportunities for career progression within Glad Group Supportive management and on-site leadership Training, upskilling, and professional development A diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace Exclusive employee reward and recognition program Employee Assistance Program Regular team bonding events Glad is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer and Champion of genuine action towards Reconciliation.
