Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and emails with empathy and professionalism. Educate, problem-solve, and guide customers toward solutions. Prepare quotes, contracts, reports, and customer information packages. Manage general office duties. Assist with meetings, events, travel, and special projects. Maintain sales documentation and run weekly reports. Deliver personalised support across multiple channels. Capture feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all activities align with aged care regulations and privacy standards. Uphold WHS standards and participate in safety training and risk management activities.
