Your leadership will establish the operational foundations for the new opening and set the stage for long‑term success. Responsibilities Lead and develop a dedicated chefs team Maintain the highest quality, consistency and efficiency of back‑of‑house operations Establish operational foundations for the new restaurant launch Guide the team through launch challenges and set the stage for long‑term success Skills & Experience Experience as a Senior Sous or Sous Chef in a fast‑paced restaurant environment Knowledge of Asian cuisine (highly regarded) Demonstrated success in leading a high‑performing team Understanding of financial budgets, food and labour costs (advantageous) Knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management and food safety standards Ability to build and maintain effective relationships Proactive, problem‑solving attitude with commitment to continuous learning Strong organisational skills and composure under high‑pressure service periods Outgoing personality with genuine interest in day‑to‑day operations Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Working with Lucas Collective We champion growth, celebrate talent and create an inclusive, inspiring culture.
