As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team and help take our Richmond kitchen to the next level. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a passionate chef who loves mentoring teams, running a tight service, and continuously lifting quality across the kitchen. What You’ll Do Lead the day‑to‑day kitchen operations while working closely with our Executive Chef Train, develop, and inspire junior chefs, helping them grow their skills and confidence Ensure consistency across all dishes while maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation Collaborate on menu development, specials, and seasonal features Manage ordering, stock control, and food cost performance Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards Champion our team culture – creating a positive, supportive, and professional kitchen environment What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years’ experience in a Sous Chef or similar leadership role Strong technical culinary skills and a genuine passion for fresh, seasonal produce A positive, team‑first leadership style with clear and confident communication Proven ability to run smooth, organised, and high‑energy services Experience in an independent or small group hospitality setting (highly regarded) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a shared leadership roster What We Offer Competitive salary with performance‑based incentives Real progression opportunities within a growing hospitality group A supportive leadership team that values collaboration and wellbeing Staff meals, dining discounts, and ongoing training & development The opportunity to play a key role in shaping our menus, kitchen culture, and future culinary direction If you’re a driven, hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment and loves building great food experiences through great people, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
