About the Role: As a Client Service Manager , you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading site teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will serve as the key liaison between clients, cleaning staff, and the operations team — maintaining high standards, compliance, and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through regular communication and site visits. Act as the main point of contact for client feedback, service requests, and issue resolution. Ensure cleaning services consistently meet Blue Sky’s quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and performance audits. Lead, train, and support site supervisors, team leaders, and cleaning staff. Manage rosters, resources, and service delivery to ensure efficiency. Maintain accurate records of contracts, reports, and client communications. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service growth. Promote a strong safety culture and compliance with WHS standards. About You Proven experience is essential in a management or supervisory role within the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent client service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple client portfolios and meet deadlines. Sound computer literacy, including CRM and reporting tools. Current driver’s licence, police check, and Blue Card. Flexibility to travel between client sites as required.
