About the Role Ready to shape the future of homecare talent? We’re looking for a strategic, innovative, and data‑driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function and help us attract the best in the industry. Responsibilities Drive recruitment campaigns first and foremost – design and deliver impactful, multi‑channel campaigns that attract top talent. Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing to secure talent through creative messaging, events, and community engagement. Lead employer branding initiatives to showcase our culture and career pathways. Manage strategic workforce planning , not just today’s vacancies, but 1–2 and 2–5 year planning aligned with business growth. Leverage data and analytics to optimise recruitment efficiency and improve hiring quality. Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles in homecare and aged care. Innovate continuously , introduce new technologies, improve candidate experience, and benchmark against industry best practices. About You Proven experience in strategic workforce planning and recruitment leadership. Strong data analysis skills and ability to make decisions based on insights. Expertise in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and social media campaigns. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Adaptable, resilient, and passionate about driving results in a dynamic environment. What’s in It for You?
