Sales and Marketing Coordinator | The Bower Estate Makki Pty Ltd is a group that looks after two renowned wedding venues on the Gold Coast; The Bower Estate in Natural Bridge and Kwila Lodge in Mudgeeraba. We specialise in outdoor or immersive indoor event experiences, surrounded by the natural beauty all aspects of the Gold Coast has to offer.Functions range from weddings, corporate events and private functions through to wellness retreats and fine dining experiences. The Opportunity We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for The Bower Estate. The successful applicant needs to possess exemplary communication skills, digital marketing expertise, attention to detail, manage a CRM, produce reports and be able to form strong relationships with customers. Qualifications & Experience 1+ years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with social media management and online advertising platforms Knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp Familiar with booking systems and the ability to process sales enquiries, quotes and invoices Experience with AI platforms desirable but not required. Tasks & Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and social channels Conduct site tours (critically important) with potential customers Achieve event booking KPIs (competitive commission offered) Produce and review monthly reports to monitor performance Create social media content when able during site visits On occasion assist the event team with setup and capture content on event days On occasion assist the marketing manager with campaign creation.
