We’re looking for an energetic and detail-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing LJ Hooker Southport team. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure every listing shines and every transaction runs seamlessly. What You'll Be Doing Manage and coordinate contracts, listings, and compliance documentation with precision Prepare and upload property listings, brochures, and vendor reports Create and schedule social media content and assist with property marketing campaigns Liaise with agents, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth transactions Maintain our CRM and internal databases with accurate, up-to-date information Support the team with campaign tracking, settlement checklists, and key deadlines Contribute ideas for marketing initiatives and process improvements What We're Looking For You're a motivated multitasker who loves both detail and creativity. Minimum of 3+ years real estate industry experience preferred. Marketing and social media experience highly regarded. Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Positive energy, initiative, and a team-focused mindset. Proficiency across multiple administrative software platforms required.
