You’ll work closely with our sales and account managers, supporting them with day-to-day tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Providing high-level administrative support to sales and account managers, including preparing quotes and processing orders Managing incoming calls and emails, ensuring customer inquiries are directed promptly and professionally Keeping accurate customer records and maintaining our CRM (HubSpot) Coordinating communication between internal teams and clients Assisting with reporting, office coordination, and general administrative tasks Following up on customer inquiries and outstanding documentation Supporting the wider team with various ad hoc tasks as needed. Requirements A minimum of 6+ months of sales administration experience is required. A minimum of 6+ months of HubSpot or equivalent CRM experience is required.
