These Bus In Bus Out (BIBO) and Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) roles offer a great entry point into the mining and resources sector. If you have hospitality or industrial cleaning experience—or bring a positive, can‑do attitude and transferable skills—this is your chance to step into a rewarding role where your work makes a real impact. Qualifications We’re seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals with hospitality, industrial cleaning, or related experience—or those with transferable skills and a positive, can‑do attitude. You’ll thrive in a team environment and be comfortable working in remote locations with varying conditions. Working on-site means 11‑hour days on a 2:1 roster (two weeks on, one week off). You’ll need to: Have experience in housekeeping, kitchen support, retail, or industrial cleaning roles. Be ready to work 12‑hour shifts, including day and night rotations. Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to help across different tasks. Commit to following safety procedures and workplace protocols. Hold a valid driver’s licence and pass pre‑employment medical checks, including drug and alcohol screening. Be an Australian citizen or hold full working rights.
