Senior People Business Partner , you’ll be part of the People/HR business partnering team for our Engineering, Technology, and AIML group. We are a growth organization with high focus on developing our people. Wherever we operate in the world, we work to provide a culture of support, inclusion and opportunity in an environment that will bring out the best in every employee.Let's talk about the role:As a Senior People Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of crafting strategic people plans that align with our business objectives. You'll collaborate closely with leaders in Engineering, Technology, and AIML, driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. In this role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment, managing multiple priorities and fostering true partnerships.Let’s talk about Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic people plans to enable business success across areas such as talent management, talent development, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement or leadership development.Drive organizational designs and efficiencies within teams as part of transformation initiatives.Provide strategic advice and consultative solutions to business leaders.Lead the Strategic Workforce Plan across the teams that you support with a focus on enhancing the quality of leaders and managers, building future talent needs and ensuring succession bench strength.Coordinate with “centres of excellence” (e.g., Talent Acquisition, People Solutions or Compensation & Benefits) to deliver on business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage tools and technologies for data insights supporting organizational development and effectiveness.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of related
experienceExperience working within engineering industry or/and product development advantageousStrong
business acumen
and the ability to translate business needs into innovative people plansLooks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline as well as exploring thought leadership to define and
resolve complex problemsExperience supporting
change management
in a rapidly evolving environmentHighly developed and demonstrated
coaching and mentoring
skills working with both employees and management at all levelsAbility to
work well under pressure
and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations.Experience leveraging
data
to develop insights and proposals to enhance organisational effectivenessDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and
matrix
structuresExperience working in a
multi-country
